Process

We begin by meeting you at your preferred location for a project briefing. If it is an existing project we will take photos while we are there.

Our Process:

1. Concept Design - Following the briefing, we craft several basic design options for your consideration.

2. Developed Design - Once you've selected an option, we refine it further, adding specific details to ensure compliance with building codes.

3. Working Drawings - These documents outline the exact construction specifications necessary to meet building codes. Minimal adjustments are typically made at this stage. Coordination with other consultants, such as engineers, is also integrated during this phase.
